“Optimum Health is a truly great source for my trying to stay healthy. I feel as though the staff is always there to help me with well-informed advice that gives a way of healing naturally. Our medical system seems to be under a lot of stress these days and I think it is up to the individual to practice proactive measures as a way to stay healthy and out of the hospital. As well Optimum Health gives me a sense of self-empowerment and motivation by way of the alternatives available which are nonexistent in mainstream medicine. This is in regards to symptoms and ailments that crop up for me as I age. It amazes me the lack of discussion about staying healthy during the Covid crisis other than the public mandates we are all familiar with. What about the immune system and just generally taking care of ourselves? There is room for lots of improvement in the health care system and I am glad Optimum Health is here to be a part of it all.”
