“Koly Spa is the best. The face and eyebrow sugaring experience I had last week was excellent. It was relaxing, and calming and the effect was perfect. I highly recommend any spa experience at Kolya”

“A lovely young woman helped me figure out what to purchase and how to apply eyebrow colour. She was such a patient, calm lady with wonderful expertise! She also gave me some samples of lipstick to try at home since I am wearing a mask out in shops. Your products are terrific, but it is your staff who make all the difference and they are the reason I come back into the store, typically once a month. I decided to buy something else (body oil) when I was about to leave, and another young woman helped me; equally as lovely and knowledgeable as the first staff member who assisted me. It is joy to shop at your store!”

“Love this business. Staff are helpful but unobtrusive. If they can’t answer a question they check for information and follow up. I understand why there aren’t testers in aromatherapy these days but I miss checking out new scents on my own”
