“I have just discovered Kolya Naturals and placed my first order. Unfortunately, and not of their fault, one of my items was damaged. I emailed them right away, and within minutes, a caring client representative replied and had a replacement product on its way. I was very impressed by their amazing client service. Even more impressive is the quality if their products. I will definitely be placing more orders in the very near future.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed. The products are wonderful (and I’ve been searching for products I like A LONG time with very little success). My curly hair and sensitive scalp really like this stuff. I’ve been using it for the past few days and I keep getting compliments on my hair. I received my products in the mail and they were shipped quickly and wrapped up beautifully with mostly eco conscious packing materials. There were some lovely free samples and chocolates included. Opening the box was a cross between receiving a Birthday present and going to the spa. Thank you!”

“Koyla Naturals is my go to for anything natural as their selection is diverse, they carry products for making your own natural products as well as high end natural product lines too, something for everyone, and the staff are very knowledgeable but never pushy. I buy many herbs here for herbal teas, topical carrier oils for skincare and essential oils. The essential oils at Koyla are reasonably priced and lovely. The other plus about their oils is that they are available in 1ml, 2ml. and 5 ml sizes which suits my budget and desire for many oils. I also love that they now have a refill station too.I highly recommend them.”

“I discovered Kolya searching online for amazing OSEA products. The lovely people who packed up my order threw in some samples—very generous samples!—and now I’m smitten with THOSE products and will be reordering. If you’re looking for pure, cruelty-free (the only products I’ll buy), quality products, Kolya has the best selection anywhere. The packaging was all recyclable and ensured a safe journey for my glass bottles. Everything was delivered in a timely manner, which is the exception these days because of the pandemic. I HIGHLY recommend Kolya. I can’t wait to reorder!”

“This was my 1st order it won't be my last. The packaging and little treasures that I hadn't ordered were reminiscent of some of my favorite spa visits. It was such a joy to open all the gifts. It rejuvenated my spirit. The products are the highest quality and I love them! I can't wait to order more. Thank you”
