“I love it because I have had to change everything because I need to get rid of toxins( I was diagnosed with MS), like washing my clothes and my shampoo, deodorant and I need to start taking vitamins and it’s nice to get everything I need in one place. And it’s very nice they give me samples to try different things to do it slowly. And slowly I’m changing to get rid of the toxins.”

“I have been a customer of Optimum Health for about twenty-five years. The products at this health-food store are many and varied, and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Over the years, Optimum Health has also been so accommodating as to order in for me hard-to-find supplements. If you want to stay in good health or if you have a sudden ailment like a nosebleed, you should, of course, check with your doctor, but don't forget to visit Optimum Health for supplementary remedies.”
