“I have shopped at Optimum Health for many years now - both in-store and on-line. The staff at the 109 st location are awesome - give me the help and / or advice I need. Good variety of products and I trust that they are top quality, as I wouldn't expect anything less of John Biggs! I just wish that choosing to stay healthy wasn't SO expensive !!”

“A great store to buy from. Ordered a product and then found out it wasn't good for me. Phoned to cancel and had no hassle and was refunded in a couple of days. Ladies are very courteous and always have a smile. If they don't have the product in store they will special order it and you have it within a week.”

“This store offers not only a good selection of products, but the staff are also extremely knowledgeable and take the time to individually serve each of their customers to properly meet their needs.
