“I had a very nice experience inside the store. I was twice approached by the young women offering assistance as I stared at the wall of vitamins, lol. Then at the counter, I relayed my desire to check my 3 historical phone #'s for missing points, which she was more than gracious in completing for me. These positive interactions have always been the norm for me when I do get into the store, and why I keep visiting as an out-of-town resident.”

“My experience when shopping at Optimum Health is always great. I always find what I’m looking for and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. I’m so happy to have a vitamin/supplement store in my neighbourhood that supports all my needs wether it be vitamins, whole food ingredients or chocolate. “My first purchase experience from Optimum Health was just great! The website and communication emails were very efficient and the product arrived quickly and well packaged. Several sample items were included in the box as well as a handwritten thank you note. The personal touch is a busy world was just so nice!”

“I give more than 5 out of 5 for exceptional customer service! Love the products with an emphasis on environmentally friendly and natural and organic! Had a small glitch with my account trying to order and had it fixed by Jason who seemed to actually care about his customers and his job. Glad to see that in this day and age when it has begun to seem so rare. The samples were much appreciated too! :)”
