I find the flavours of vanilla and strawberry a bit bland. To overcome this I add flavour essence eg. Vanilla or strawberries and cream essence. If used strictly as directed, you will lose weight. I lost approximately 2-3 kg per week.”

“The product works well, and the bars taste pretty good, but they changed the recipe with no notice on the box, so you think you are buying the delicious same mocha bars but they are totally different. Nowhere near as nice. That's a shame because if you do the most intense level like I do, you don't eat much besides these products, so making them taste worse will make it harder to stick to plan.
