“I purchased the plant based vanilla and chocolate shakes after much research into a number of shake products from a variety of companies. I am completely lactose intolerant and needed a product that would not react and make me unwell. I was very cautious when first starting on the product but I have been pleasently surprised. The shakes taste amazing and I have not had any adverse reaction to them at all. If you are looking for a plant based shake, I highly recommend the Optislim product.”

“I bought the Optiman coffee-flavoured shakes to have for breakfast. They are easy to make, and I add a double shot of chilled espresso for that extra morning kick. The flavour isn't overly strong (could be stronger IMO) but tastes good.”
“Really happy with the shakes and have just started on the VLCD Platinum shake range, very impressed. Love the flavours that I chose, stopping the hunger for a longer period which is what I was hoping for. However my main complaint is the 100 calories snacks. There used to be 4 options, then this reduced to 3 for a period of time and now there are only two. I was told that one of the options would come back when the raw materials became available but this have not eventuated.”
