“I was hesitant to jump on the diet shake bandwagon, but I'm so glad I did. Optislim for Her has proven to be an excellent aid in losing weight. I have only used the vanilla and chocolate so far, but they are very good. I add a little ice to my shaker as well as chilled water and that makes the shake much nicer.
I have lost approximately 1.5 kg in one week, but this was the shakes combined with cutting out all "treats" that I had been snacking on up until then. I've also had some exercise during that time (walking). Expect headaches for the first few days as your body adjusts to the reduction of sugar in your diet, but they pass and it is worth it.
Having the convenience of cutting out those two meals has been great and I really look forward to my shakes and the one normal meal. The shakes satisfy you, but I'm not sure I'd say they really fill me up. I have noticed that I get full faster when having my one normal meal, so that's a good thing.

But it seems to be going the wrong direction and I put on 1.5 kg I thought I was going well, but obviously I'm need to change a few things. I shake twice a day but it doesn't seem to be falling out.
