Shakes are great. Wish the fast burner ones weren’t a milk mix. I have IBS and even using oat milk it becomes too much for my guts to handle. Coffee is a horrible flavour but I love all the other ones.”

“I’m not sure who has been writing the five star reviews for OPTi slim shakes. Mini say that they taste just like real milkshakes. This has not been my experience. They taste so bad that I cannot bring myself to go back on my diet. I have an expensive order that I hate! I tried the chocolate, strawberry, and banana. They were all pretty bad. Furthermore, they do not seem to dissolve very well and you end up feeling/tasting the little crystals that have not dissolved. I will not be purchasing again. I am going to go back to Opti fast.”

Taste is so much more flavoursome than other brands I've tried.
Serving size seems small, but just gets me through to next mean time.
I do need to have more self control so the smaller servings may just be because I'm new to this system.
