I use 1 cup of water with 5 to 6 ice cubes you get 2 large glasses full. Buy direct from Optislim. I order 3 boxes and the 4 box is free and you pay no delivery fees. Even when Chemist Warehous has it on special, they are more expense. The 3 plus 1 boxes work out to $30 a box. in 7 days I've lost 5kgs and hubby 2.5kgs.”

I was not home when my order was delivered and I called Optislim to ask for proof of delivery to ensure they had delivered it to a safe location and not left it at my mailbox, which is not in view of the house (I live at the end of a long driveway). I was informed to check with Australia Post as it’s not something Optislim can follow up on. Very annoying”
