“It is comfortable and easy to use. However, the blue cover for the heating beads is not well made. There are multiple snags in the cover, one edges on the curve is unravelling where there is a v-shaped cut-out. Perhaps you should include a 2nd cover with each mask. Otherwise, ok.”

“UPDATE: Yesterday I received 1 box by mail of “Blephaclean” wipes from Birmingham UK. I also received my 2 orders complete by Canada Post. Still have no idea why I received a box from the UK but everything has arrived ok so we’ll let that go. Seemed that I ordered just as the computers were being updated so it’s understandable now how things got upset. Very nice email & phone call and a $10 refund for the trouble.
