“Ordering experience was fairly straight forward and hassle free. Delivery time was about 1 week, which is average. What I wish they'd do is notify customers when the order has been shipped and also provide tracking information for the shipment. I had no idea when/if the order had been processed, shipped and delivered.”
“I ordered my Alcon contact lens easily on the Optiview site. I expected delivery in 5 to 10 days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the new lens after 10 days and contacted customer service and promptly received an email reply with tracking information and was informed that I would get my order through Alcon. My prescription is unusual and perhaps delayed the receipt of the order, however, I received the order just two days later. A bit slow but customer service was great, they followed up and I received the order promptly thereafter. In addition, Optiview had very good pricing!! Thanks”

But the only thing I was not satisfied... I wrote the delivery instructions (Call me I will go out to get it) but you wrote it by hand-writing with "your office number"(not my number) on the package. I didn't get any contact from the courier and I had to visit the Purolator office to pick-up.”
