“Tracking an order is non-existent on the website. The status says complete and there is no way you can see the delivery date, or where the order is. I had to create an IT ticket only to find out that the order is being shipped by Alcon and there is no tracking info available, or when the order will be shipped. Then suddenly it was delivered without any notice. I will not order again unless tracking is available.”

These eye drops are not to be stored at high or low temps. Who knows where they were. Now rethinking ordering from you for my next eye drop needs”
“Shipped the wrong contacts (ordered multifocal, was shipped the regular ones). Issues were rectified, but took longer to receive the lens and costs me a trip to UPS to return the wrong ones. Prices were reasonable.”

You can improve customer satisfaction by providing the product that was paid for and following up with whoever made the mistake.”
“I ordered two boxes of TrueEye daily contact lens with same prescription. They delivered nicely and fast. One box is expiring in 2021, another box is expiring in 2027.... I still have some left over which were purchased from Costco 6 months ago. They are expiring in 2024. Would that make you wonder why do I get two boxes of same prescription contact lens but one is expiring in 2021?”
