“Extremely disappointed in customer service and return policy. Never made public until after I needed to make a return. Lost several hundred dollars because of this.”

“I read many good reviews and decided to order formula with this company. Never ever. Absolutely careless company! Zero care about their customers. This company works with DHL, my formula was delivered to a house which is not our house and not our door, DHL does not have a detailed proof of shipment. So, no formula for my baby and no refund. What they say? “We do not offer refunds/reshipments for packages that are claimed as lost or stolen once the carrier marks it as delivered." So, I n other words - we don’t care where your formula is and we don’t give you a refund.” Great, right? What they offer to help? That told me to ask everyone around - where is my formula. Go with the baby around the town and ask everyone where my formula is. Oh, here you go: “I wanted to extend an additional 10% discount on a future order that you place with us - you can use the code FULFILLED to apply this at checkout.” There is 10% discount on their website for everyone. Isn’t is so sweet of them? It’s a joke. So, they took my money, didn’t deliver my formula and saying - order more of something that we don’t deliver and no refund. They don’t even try to figure out with DHL, just asked for proof of delivery, said if formula was delivered - no refund and that’s it! On the proof it’s said it was delivered to Elizabeth, NJ which is 1,5 hour away from us. This company is really careless and don’t even try to help/resolve the situation. Be ready for misdeliveries. And no refunds. Extremely bad experience!”

“Terrible customer service. I did not agree to a 1 week subscription whatsoever. And they charged me twice in a week almost $1200 in formula. These kind of shady scams without any proper understanding from a customer never sit well with me. When people make genuine mistakes in life I am the kind of person who understands. This is almost as much as my monthly rent and they keep claiming they can’t help me and refund the second order I didn’t even want.”

“I had requested to cancel the order before the shipment was processed. But then they responded later and mentioned that the shipment has already been processed and sent. I got the confirmation later after their email. I’m sure they just didn’t want to cancel my request.”

“I suggest you work with a different shipper if you want to ship to the US. Our formula sat in a FedEx warehouse for 6 days with zero updates to shipping. After a lot of back and forth with Organic Life Start, we were told this was our problem. After calling and speaking multiple times to the actual FedEx warehosue, they ended up dropping off our shipment at a pharmacy nearby. It was a nightmare and the only thing we got from Organic Life Start was "well it's not our problem, sorry"”

“My formula can was largely dented. I emailed, sent a photo and expressed my co cents only to be met with, "It's okay to use..." The whole reason I wanted to use this formula is because I'm very selective and this experience just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning, and I'll be telling friends about my experience. It's really a shame too, the product is so great.”

“Really horrible! My baby didn’t like this formula I ordered and therefore I need a to try another brand. However, organic life doesn’t care and won’t offer me a solution, why don’t they send me a new can to try at NO cost?? I went online to find another European company and to my surprise My organic formula which also sells European formulas, actually offers you a FREE CAN of different formula if your baby doesn’t like the one you ordered first. I wish they would fix my issue and send me another can of something different to try at no cost, but “Organic life start” is a bad business with bad customer service who doesn’t care about you or your baby sadly. I DO NOT recommend this business and will never purchase from them again and I will be sure to tell all my friends about this issue.”

“Product package was severely dented. Contacted customer service and they dismissed my concerns that the product may no longer be edible because the can was disfigured. I’m not going to feed my baby a potentially compromised product. They refused to refund my money. Will never order from them again.”
