“I feel that this powder is different than what the real formula was from all other times I’ve ordered from the UK. It’s usually cream colored & real powdered but this one is fine almost like sand and white. Even the scoop is a different size. I’m really confused as to what I was sold and why these products come differently when the can says the same thing!”

“Since I was a new customer with formula issues for my child, I was hoping to receive help when finding out that it didn’t work out for my baby. I had two extra containers that were unopened. Unfortunately, they don’t do returns or give a portion of money back. Formula is expensive.”

“I bought 3 containers and my Son had allergy to it. It was Aptimal HA which it was good for baby allergies but my Son still couldn't tolerate that milk. I asked if I can return the 2 containers that I didn't open it and you didn't accept it. I switched his milk to something else and will never buy from your company again and I will not recommend your company to anyone.”

“I received a dented formula can in my first shipment: I was told it was ok to use, but that is a common ‘no no’ in the US and I did not feel comfortable using the product from that can. The return process was exhausting and led to the back and forth of 29+ emails over a 2 day timeframe. I was unable to return the product, get credit for the product, etc despite my claim and supported photos. I was offered a 10% discount multiple times ($3-$4), which I explained was not sufficient for a product I would not use. Ultimately I was fully reimbursed for the damages product after requesting management assistance, however, it never should have been such a struggle. As a result, I will not be ordering from here again or recommending it to others.-”

“The Product was poorly packaged for shipping. 85% of the cans in the flimsy box were dented severely. even cans in the middle of the package were dented. making me think they were shipped already damaged. I have received this formula from many other companies all in the original cases that are heavily protected. Not sure why this company would separate the cans from their original packaging and ship them in unprotected boxes. very disappointed”

“As I was ordering, towards the end, there was a section on the page that said if I added a tip to my order, that it would be processed faster. This really put me off about the company. I'm paying over $300 Canadian for my baby's formula. As a parent, I'm already strapped for money. And if someone is buying baby formula in replace of breastmilk, it's probably because they desperately need it, and had not factored the extra expense in to the cost of having a child. It felt a little like extortion to see the "we have what you need, and we can get it to you faster if you just pay us more to do it". It wasn't a faster shipping option, just "we'll put your order on top of the pile". I really didn't like that. Once ordered, it arrived a day late. It had arrived in the country 3 days prior and then just sat at the shipping facility for 2 days. Again, this was a product that we really needed as fast as possible so it was frustrating to know it was so close to us and yet completely out of reach.”

“I’m really disappointed. A friend recommended this product to us for my daughter’s sensitive tummy. I like the ingredients but her tummy doesn’t digest it. I bought 6 to get the free shipping and now I have $200 worth of formula that I can’t use and the company won’t give me have a credit to try another type to see if it works for us.”

“Products were delayed twice. Website was misleading. I thought this was a Canadian site as it had a message saying free shipping to Ontario…. All prices ended up being in USD. Not very impressed with overall experience- despite adding a tip.”
