“Shipping was very fast which is why I ordered from this site, however the packaging very was poor and 2 of the 3 cans arrived damaged. Will not use this site again for that reason :(”

“I love the formula we chose but in our first order we recieved a can that had a dent in it. When we reached out to customer service, they asked for a picture of the box to see if the carrier damaged the product. My husband had thrown away the box but the box itself was in great condition so it had to be packaged that way. Either way, I would have noted the box damage to the carrier. I'm hoping in my next order there isn't another damaged can.”

“I was impressed with how fast the shipping was from Organic Life Start; however, I was very disappointed that 5 out of the 6 cans I ordered were incredibly dented... in multiple spots. For the amount of money you pay for this formula, I expect better qc. Unfortunately, I probably will not order from them again due to this.”

“We bought 3 different products because we didn't know what our son would digest well. We received it after 5-6 days as they say. The products are as they advertise. We bought holle goat milk and holle cow milk as well as Hopp goat milk stage 1. He didn't digest well the last one so we are stuck with an 80$ (Canadian) holle goat milk 800g and we cannot be refunded or can't exchange it because they say in their policy it's food. So this is why I put 3 stars. Other companies exchange it.”

“I am honestly a bit disappointed. I was excited to have an organic formula for my baby and support his health. I kept looking for the ingredients to make sure they were safe and healthy and, when I realized (after using it for 2 months), it has palm oil!! I really didn't expect it, specially because that was the reason I looked for a "different formula" than the ones you find in the supermarket”

“Appreciate the quick delivery but I never got an email or text confirming delivery. My formula eat outside in 90% humidity for several hours because of this. I ordered from another company too and they sent me instant confirmation when the product was delivered.”

“This formula was recommended to us. Unfortunately it didn’t work for our baby. We dealt with a great deal of constant thick spit up and fussiness. We subscribed to receive HIPP because of the formula shortage here in the US, but unfortunately are switching to another brand — even with the ongoing US shortage. We reached out to Organic Life to see if they offer any type of return of the remaining unopened cans we have on-hand.”

“The site is confusing not user friendly at all. I canceled a subscription just to find out they shipped it anyway when a rep contacted me they canceled it even tho I had thought I canceled it already but apperantly you have to sign in but it's so confusing to see where to sign in... I found it accidently.”
