I take back my 5 stars since you haven’t emailed me back in days regarding an order. It’s disappointing that I ordered 6 cans with you and request an exchange and no answer. The other company I bought one can from has a policy where if a formula doesn’t work out they provide a coupon to try a new one until you get it right. You’ve lost my business.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING :If I could rate this site and customer service at a 0, I would. I bought 2 types of formula from two different brands from this website. I spent in total $163.96 on said formula, I bought a good supply of both for him because the product was coming from Europe and I did not want to risk running out once we started him on it. My son has been exclusively breastfed for 11 months and since my supply has started to lessen, we figured we should start trying formula with him. My son, after drinking an ounce of the holle bio stage two formula, immediately started to itch his face and then proceeded to continuously vomit two minutes after finishing the ounce. He then proceeded to start wheezing and turn PURPLE because his throat had closed. I had my child go limp and floppy in my arms , going in and out of consciousness, while vomiting yellow bile on the way to the ER where he was diagnosed with anaphylaxis. The capillaries in his eyes burst from him vomiting so hard, his eyes were blood red. Thankfully he was treated successfully. When I contacted customer service to explain what had happened and request a refund for the three packages I had not used I was told “ sorry we can’t issue you a refund even if your child almost died from our product, but here’s a ten percent discount for your next purchase!” I was, and still am furious. After the emotional damage my family endured from your product and horrible customer service, it’s safe to say I will never be shopping with this website again. I would never wish this experience on any parent, let alone their child. Don’t let the organic thing fool you, these people are don’t care about you or your child’s wellbeing.

Don’t buy from them. Horrific experience. Customer service is awful. My package is over a week late and they refuse to give me a refund. Keep saying wait for the package. This is not my fault and I need to feed my baby. They won’t do anything about it. Absolutely horrible company. Ordered from a new vendor and got my package in 4 days

I purchased baby formula that had an unusual, possibly spoiled odor. Unfortunately, it caused discomfort for my baby's stomach, and I was scared to give it to my baby. I deeply regret choosing to buy formula from Organic Life Start.

Customer service is a joke. Made a mistake ordering and 30 mins later I emailed stating I needed a cancellation .. they offered 10% off future purchase with nor cancellation refund before my order was even processed . Would not recommend ordering from this website .. horrible company !

Complete horrible experience with this company. I will never do business with them and I have told every parent I know to take their business elsewhere. I ordered 13 cans of formula. 2 six packs of stage 3 HiPP formula and 1 can of stage 2 HiPP to use as we transitioned to the next stage. The company sent me the wrong single can (not a problem) but when I let them know it turned into a mountain of communications and photos to prove the order was wrong. They ultimately made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them, and the entire experience was poor.

Pretty disappointed in this company. We had a friend and pediatrician recommend them to order formula from, and we we’re hoping we would finally find one my daughter wasn’t allergic to. Sadly she did have an allergic reaction, so I reached out to see if we could get some sort of refund as we’d spent and wasted hundreds of dollars trying to find the right one. This company wouldn’t work with us and they just referred me to the policies “as stated on our website.” It came off very insensitive and was poor customer service. Formula testing is trial and error sometimes, and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I would hate for them to have the same experience as us and waste money.

FRAUD COMPANY. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES. THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT WARNING DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS NON EXISTENT.

I read many good reviews and decided to order formula with this company. Never ever. Absolutely careless company! Zero care about their customers. This company works with DHL, my formula was delivered to a house which is not our house and not our door, DHL does not have a detailed proof of shipment. So, no formula for my baby and no refund. What they say? “We do not offer refunds/reshipments for packages that are claimed as lost or stolen once the carrier marks it as delivered." So, I n other words - we don’t care where your formula is and we don’t give you a refund.” Great, right? What they offer to help? That told me to ask everyone around - where is my formula. Go with the baby around the town and ask everyone where my formula is. Oh, here you go: “I wanted to extend an additional 10% discount on a future order that you place with us - you can use the code FULFILLED to apply this at checkout.” There is 10% discount on their website for everyone. Isn’t is so sweet of them? It’s a joke. So, they took my money, didn’t deliver my formula and saying - order more of something that we don’t deliver and no refund. They don’t even try to figure out with DHL, just asked for proof of delivery, said if formula was delivered - no refund and that’s it! On the proof it’s said it was delivered to Elizabeth, NJ which is 1,5 hour away from us. This company is really careless and don’t even try to help/resolve the situation. Be ready for misdeliveries. And no refunds. Extremely bad experience!

Terrible customer service. I did not agree to a 1 week subscription whatsoever. And they charged me twice in a week almost $1200 in formula. These kind of shady scams without any proper understanding from a customer never sit well with me. When people make genuine mistakes in life I am the kind of person who understands. This is almost as much as my monthly rent and they keep claiming they can’t help me and refund the second order I didn’t even want.

I had requested to cancel the order before the shipment was processed. But then they responded later and mentioned that the shipment has already been processed and sent. I got the confirmation later after their email. I’m sure they just didn’t want to cancel my request.
