“I contacted the support team as my newly purchased telephone made all sorts of noises making it difficult to hear my callers as I wear hearing ads. I promptly received a response offering a replacement. I am now awaiting it and I really appreciate the way my concern was handled. Thank you.”

“There was a fault with my radio and despite the fact that there was an intermittent fault, it got replaced. It was a bit dissapointing that originally it was sent back to me as no fault found, and then when it was later replaced under warranty.”
