Incredible support and friendly service. The phone support tech (Daniel) was very accommodating and did everything to help with my situation. His priority was solely dedicated to me and upholding customer support and satisfaction.

I always had Oricom in my truck. This is the first time something has gone wrong, . I called Oricom help line and the ladies help me resolve my issue and sent me a new part which I thought was excellent service. It's not every day you get to talk to people who know their products and are willing to back them up not to many companies do so. I will always remain an Oricom brand man. Thank you very much for your 100% total care.

You often find out what a company is really like when you have to talk to them about a warranty claim. But they were extremely friendly and helpful and resolved the issue very quickly without any problems or stress. I was extremely happy with their service.

I purchased UHF305 and has intermittent problems over a couple of years with hearing audio from incomings calls. The radio was returned to Oricom service and although no fault was found, the radio was replaced. The replacement radio has worked very well over two trips so very happy with service received. I recommend the Oricom products.

Oricom were amazing when contacted ( I spoke with Janet ) , and uber helpful trying to rectify the issue I was having, as-well as going above and beyond to show “ good faith gestures”. Highly recommended with customer service second to none 😊

Oricom have been wonderful to work with. Our monitor stopped charging, and the Oricom team quickly diagnosed the issue and sent us the replacement part. About six months later, our camera started sporadically turning off, and again, the team quickly diagnosed the issue and sent us the replacement part under warranty. I will be buying Oricom products again because the customer experience and warranty replacement have been exceptional.

I had the best customer service experience. I was able to explain the fault honestly and a replacement unit was sent so quick. We love the product as well and really appreciate feeling like a valued customer.

Very happy with the the effort in trying to fix my UHF problem of transmitting background static. Whilst it is still a work in progress, we are methodically eliminating causes.
