Being very "new" users to UHF radio as well as towing a caravan we have found it all a bit daunting and with the radio not working (they could hear us but we couldn't hear ANYTHING) made things worse. I ran today and spoke to a wonderful and patient lady, I think her name was Bobbie? She talked me through a factory reset as well as explained a few workings to me in lay terms not a lot of technical stuff! Thank you so much for all the assistance as well as the email with the User Guide attached! Regards .........Jane Hanson

I had an issue with the camera n ot connecting to the parent unit. I contacted Oricom and spoke with Bobbie who was extremely helpful. We troubleshooted but to no avail. Bobbie then sent an email with clear instructions for sending the camera back for a service/repair. Bobbie was extremely helpful and efficient and I had the camera back within the next day of sending it. All is fixed now and I highly recommend Oricom for their products and customer service/aftercare to everyone that asks me what Baby Monitor I use. Thankyou Oricom and especially Bobbie!

I was genuinely impressed by the excellent aftersales service provided. The team went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. It was also a huge plus dealing with a call center based in Australia—friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. It’s reassuring to know that top-notch support is just a phone call away. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with my TPS10-4E sensors and rang to get some help. I was guided on the phone through a number of possible solutions that failed to fix the problem. The technician then immediately arranged to have a new set sent to me, which was even more impressive given I was travelling around QLD at the time. He arranged for them to be sent to a location I would be at after a few weeks, and they were there when I arrived. I handed over the old ones, got the new ones, fitted them and they are now working perfectly. So impressed with the after sales service provided by Daniel, and all the time he spent both trying to get me up and running straight away, then arranging for substitutes to make it to me even though I was on the road travelling. His concern was that if he waited until I got home (which would have taken over a month of driving without them), that I wouldn’t be getting the protection they afforded me. He went above and beyond, and because of this I will continue to use and recommend Oricom as a product of choice for everyone…

Oricom Tyre pressure monitors are a quality product. I have a 6 sensor model installed on my motorhome. Despite excellent YouTube videos to assist in setting up, if things are ‘nqr’ ( or you mess up the settings as I did!), you will need the phone assistance of their outstanding customer support team. They patiently and expertly guide you to get the settings just right. Bobby and then Janet were super helpful and patient. If you are buying a TPM take my advice and spend the money for an Oricom. Their outstanding Australian customer support is just first class.

I got a quick response to my immediate concern An immediate problem-solving action took place With options and solutions clearly voiced throughout the process which gave me confidence that we would get to a resolution when the problem with the unit could not be solved immediate action to supply a new unit was executed great work and I still have good confidence in this product

We purchased and installed their TPMS system about a year ago and it has been a game changer. Cannot speak highly enough about their product or their amazingly helpful and knowledgeable support staff. Would highly recommend.

I rang Oricom today to question the choice of weather-proof plug that is used on the back of the Oricom WRC001 Wireless Reversing Camera (Magnetic Base). Bobby was the Customer Service officer who attended to my phonecall. I could not fit the plug into the charging port; my friend who also bought one had the same difficulty. Bobby patiently and politely answered my frustrated query with clear and helpful instructions. It is a snug fit but that's what makes it water-proof. Bobby you are a legend. Thank you.

Purchased 8 Oricom sensors for our ute and caravan. We had a small issue with setting the parameters with the high and low pressure. (Operator error, not product error). Made contact with Oricom and this minor issue was resolved over the phone in a few minutes. We were really impressed with the service and product. We would definately be recommending Oricom for their after sales service. Thx
