“My uhf would not power up. After initial contact for warranty support a technician contacted me and tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He agreed that the unit would not come back to life and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Very helpful.”

“Very pleased with my engagement with Oricom. I had purchased a product for my elderly parents and it failed after just 15months , warranty was for 12 months. They replaced my product at no cost in very timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again as customer service was excellent”

“Recently fitted another Oricom uhf to one of my vehicles and as always I'm very happy with my purchase. They're a great value, quality product and never had an issue with any. The latest purchase is a uhf310. It's compact size fits nicely exactly where I wanted it with the display up high making it clearly visible aswell as the speaker being close to ear level delivering fantastic clarity. Also the deals they offer regularly on they're site with fast postage makes them hard to pass up! Thanks again Oricom.”
