“The best customer service we have ever come across. The communication was excellent. First they tried to trouble shoot the issue and when that didn’t work they said they would replace. They found out what town we were in, rang around to find us a replacement. We were then involved with a 3 way conversation with the repco retailer who was ordering one as the replacement for us. It was ordered and received in around 2-3 days. Absolutely fantastic. Well done”

“I purchased a set of Tyre Pressure Monitors & found them to be of very high quality. I had a problem with one of my tyre pressure censors. I rang Oricom on 2 occasions. I first talked to Bobbie Cable on the first call & Janet Salama on the second call, both from customer service. The level of support from these 2 ladies was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Oricom products & to know that their after sales service is there to assist you with any problems.”

“We purchased a Kodak baby monitor and had issues pairing with our Iphones on contacting support at Oricom they assisted with the possible causes of the problem after multiple attempts to pair the camera it was still not successful. The customer representative immediately organised a replacement to be sent to our home which we recieved in a few days. The new camera paired with the iphone within 2 to 3 attempts and was fully functional within a very short period of time. The customer service team were excellent in their approach to the issue and I thank them for their assistance”

“Had my in car UHF for just over a year, used it on a cape trip flawless. Put it to sleep removed the antenna and fuse, next trip would not power up. Rang Oricon they could not have been more helpful. Sent me a new unit same day. Customer service excellent.”

“I had a problem where my Ariel snapped where it is screws to the bumper which I had installed by a oricom qualified installer . Oricom said they would replaced my Ariel. Very good company to deal with can't praise them enough .”
