“I had an issue with UHF radio I called, no waiting my call was answered quickly and talked with Sam and she was more than helpful. She gave me instructions on what to do and where to send the product. I could not be more pleased. And send a special thank you to Sam.”

“I had an issue with the parent unit of my baby monitor and I rang support and they couldn't have been more helpful. In under 24 hours they rang back advising that a replacement unit would me mailed out. Extremely easy to deal with, highly recommend this brand.”

“We used an Oricom monitor when our eldest child was born and happily bought another Oricom monitor when our second child came along. Recently, the camera suddenly stopped working (we’d only had it for 16 months). After speaking with Oricom tech support and customer service, we received a new camera from them within days. Thankfully we still had our old one to use while we waited (the technology was just a bit outdated)! We are thankful that the replacement process was quick and easy.”

“Great product. When i had a fault it was so easy to call up and i was sent a replacement in 3 days and it works perfectly. Could not have been a easier process to go through. Highly recommend.”

“So happy with our secure 740 monitor. The customer service has been absolutely incredible at oricom and a few times have easily and quickly had parts replaced. Would highly highly recommend we just bought our next one for our newborn.”

“Awesome product and Awesome support team. I had a small issue with my unit spoke to the support team about it and they ran me threw a couple of thing's to try and sorted it all out over the phone. Great people to communicate with.”

“Excellent customer service, received my new UHF in a week, not bad considering it had to be posted to Tassy. Had a little trouble, only worked intermittently until customer support suggested I should wire it directly to battery. Well done Oricon 👍”
