“Great service via phone, both with pre sales and after sales. Had to put in a warranty claim and it was the easiest process. We have multiple Oricom products and are happy with them, but most importantly, happy with pre and after sales service. Camp Around Oz 🤙”

“Incredible service! Had a faulty camera, called support line and they went through some issue testing for me and when still not working, there was no issue to send me a new one straight away to ensure it was received prior to bubs arrival that week. Thank you!”

“I never before have given a 5! My 4 month old Oricom , 5 watt, UHF had a 'hiccup' within two weeks of using it in the Fliders Ranges. Was it the cords, the unit or me pushing the wrong button. As soon as I got home to Blackall I contacted Oricom, - with plans to continue my trip through the Madigan Line. It was immediate action and here I am with a new Unit on my table and a paid return mail for my original buy. All within 10 days. Yeah, - unexpected service. Wonderful, and I see it is an Australian Company. Thankyou Oricom.”
