“When we had issues programming a sensor and deleting another, Janet, our customer service representative, was very competent and patient in stepping me through the processes. I would suggest, though, that businesses who stock this product - tyre sensors - be trained in how they work and how to help customers set them up.”

“Response to the product fault was very good, albeit slow. The product in question functioned for 2 months from new before failing. While the features of this product are excellent, when it functions, I would not recommend it to others until I see how long the replacement model remains functional.”

“Purchased the Oricom UHF 2200 Single Hand Unit. Found it easy to use and good for offroad travel connecting with our party. Unfortunately the unit had a small defect (rattle inside), so when we arrived home contacted Oricom and was immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was very helpful and made it quick and easy to get a replacement and return the defective unit. Thanks”

“I purchased the tyre pressure monitoring system TPS 10-6E for car and caravan, after researching online reading relevant information Only problem is there was no mention about maybe needing a Booster at a additional cost of $100 and power supply in boot of caravan.”

“We purchased the product (handheld UHF's) through BCF. We had to have the batteries replaced in both units due to not charging. We feel this was due to the fact that they had sat on the shelf for too long & the batteries were unable to be recharged. The returns through BCF was a long process (6mths) mostly due to BCF staff not following up with myself or Oricom. The second claim we put in was direct with Oricom and there is no way we can fault the procedure or the staff members who handled our case.”

“My reason for 4* was that I was having trouble finding out if my order was confirmed. I just find any history whatsoever. So I started again on your website and hoped I hadn't ordered 2 telephones! Smart phones aren't always so smart! I'm still waiting for delivery.”
