Product has been poor but service has been great. Our camera continually disconnects from the phone app and the baby monitor.

So happy with our secure 740 monitor. The customer service has been absolutely incredible at oricom and a few times have easily and quickly had parts replaced. Would highly highly recommend we just bought our next one for our newborn.

Awesome product and Awesome support team. I had a small issue with my unit spoke to the support team about it and they ran me threw a couple of thing's to try and sorted it all out over the phone. Great people to communicate with.

I had some issues with my monitor, and the oricom team especially Daniel was extremely prompt to assist and get it sorted out for me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

Excellent customer service, received my new UHF in a week, not bad considering it had to be posted to Tassy. Had a little trouble, only worked intermittently until customer support suggested I should wire it directly to battery. Well done Oricon 👍

I’ve no issues so far, pending getting my product working. The diet from Janet and Bobby in working through set up issues has been fantastic. They are awesome.

I recently contacted Oricom support and had an excellent experience. Instead of just providing a few instructions or sending a link, the support person personally walked me through the process of setting up my device while I had it in my hand. It was a highly effective and satisfying interaction. Well done Oricom!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I rang. The person who answered was able to directly help me connect and set up my new phone system within minutes. They saved my sanity in the process by making the process very quick and easy. Thank you!

I was very happy with quick resolution and receiving a replacement so quickly. Disappointed with how many times we have had our parent unit or camera replaced due to issues.

You sell me a faulty product never got to use it once and you want me to cover costs of sending your faulty back to you after not using it once I will never buy of your company again no back up service

I had an issue with my baby monitor that was just out or warranty, I spoke to Bobbie and she said she would see what she could do. Within 30min she called back and said she send a replacement monitor which to my surprise arrived the next day. Amazing service!

I am very happy with Oricoms customer service. We had a monitor parent unit that stopped working and was within warranty; after a quick email, they were very prompt with their response and were able to organise a replacement unit for us. It arrived very quickly, and the whole process was easy, and the customer service team were lovely to deal with.
