“Received our unit and all well for 12 months when we had a problem with one tyre unit. Rang Oricom and spoke to Bobby who walked me through a series of checks and they then replaced the unit. Bobby was the epitome of patience. When we received the replacement we rang her again and again she walked me through the setup. Very happy with the product and service from Oricom and Bobby is a gem.😎”

“When we had issues programming a sensor and deleting another, Janet, our customer service representative, was very competent and patient in stepping me through the processes. I would suggest, though, that businesses who stock this product - tyre sensors - be trained in how they work and how to help customers set them up.”

“Seemed like she had too much to do at once, wasn’t really listening to me. Managed to solve the problem as we are getting a new unit but when talking to her she was constantly typing and didn’t really seem like she was listening to me”
