“These guys provide amazing customer service, however I was underwhelmed by my biltong. It was lacking in flavour and tougher than biltong should be. I did order the original biltong, but it was almost season-less on the outside.”
“The Gunpowder was a mistake and more on my part for ordering so much without trying a sample. It wasn't the flavour but the horrible gritty sandy particles which I did not expect. I love the flavour pepper but this was a mistake ... the Raging Cajun I have before and will definitely be getting that again.”

“The Reaper was of the heat that I expected which was great. The texture was a little drier than I make but that is probably required for commercial standards. Packaging was classy. My only big issue is that this 100% grass fed beef is dosed with flavour enhancer 621 (MSG). 7th ingredient from the end so a fair wack of it. Would like it without.”

“I placed my order on the 2nd of April, 2021. I was told, that due to the overwhelming demand, my order would be delayed by about a week and a half. Which was fair enough, since between the coupon and the Easter period, there were a lot of people looking to get good beef jerky for cheap. But then, it took 3 weeks for the order to be shipped to begin with, and still hasn't arrived, despite it now being exactly 1 month since I ordered it. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy their beef jerky, and I realise the delay isn't entirely on their end, but it is getting to be ridiculous. A month for an order of food.”
