“I was anticipating something bold in flavour and moist and chewy like I have experienced with Beef Jerkey both here and in Texas USA when I was living there. I purchased both the smokey and cajun based products, and found them (well at least the smokey) to be quite dry and to be honest the flavour was quite absent. I usually do not like giving bad feedback, yet I feel that there are some key elements that people love about beef jerkey that was not so evident with your product. Attached the photo of the packs where we have not opened given the first bag was not enjoyed by myself or the broader family, and we probably will end up disposing of the bags without eating. I am happy to provide feedback to help the product improve if there has been similar feedback.”
“Arrived later then it should have, even with the 2 week delay. I’m a giant jerky fan, I’ve tried more jerky places then I can count and honestly, this is the worst jerky I’ve had. I tried 4 of the flavour and the only one we were even willing to eat was the pepper. The textures were horrible, the flavour was so dull we could barely taste them and the after mouth feel was appalling. I honestly want my money back because out of 5 people the only one who wants the jerky is my dog.”
