“This is such a great shop. Great prices and a great range of choice of all things pet related. I bought some dog food from them at the best price I could find on the net and it arrived just three days later. I then ordered some toys which were on sale and hadn’t received the box after five days. The customer service was second to none, they explained the matter (an out of stock item) asked me what I wanted to do about the matter (wait for new stock or choose something else of same value). They then added an extra toy for me and dispatched express delivery. Outstanding. They really care about their customers. I will certainly be shopping there again. Brilliant”

“This is a very nice company to deal with. They often have the most competetive prices and have a good range of products. On the one ocassion when my delivery was delayed, they were very helpful and on the ball when it came to re-organising the delivery and ensuring that it was made at a convenient time.”

“I first met these guys at crafts this year and loved the products on offer, since then I’ve placed several orders on line. Their prices are very competitive and the products are great.
