Beware signing up to any subscriptions with this company. I signed up to order 100 tins of Lilly’s kitchen every month. On my second order I was charged £30 more for the same order without being told or given any choice e to cancel it. They did refund half of the amount after I queried it. A bit more transparency is needed.

My order didn’t arrive and I’m getting no communication from Ormskirk re a refund or resend despite my emailing them. I’ve now had to contact my bank!

I've ordered a few times from Ormskirk Pets as local to me, no issues. This time I unfortunately had issues (broken, unusable items). Extremely unhelpful and no offer of a replacement. Complete waste of money. Will never order from them again local or not. Only order from them if you are sure you have no breakable items in your order. Dont expect any positive communication from them.

Didn’t receive the correct item Customer service was unacceptable Would not send a replacement or refund until I returned the wrongly delivered item back. First and last time I will be using them.

Ordered two 12kg sacks of dog food, both arrived damaged with the bags split and the contents spilled out. Contacted them to raise concern and request a partial refund and I was informed that I would have to return the damaged bags to get a refund as they would need to conduct an investigation. As I work full time I would not be home for a four hour window for the sack to be collected so I am now £65 down as one of them is badly damaged and cannot be stored. Not sure what investigation needed to be conducted as the bags are paper based and had ripped inside the flimsy cardboard packaging so either need stronger boxes or a more careful courier. Not happy at all!!

I Had purchased some dog toys and within 24 hours the dog has already ripped them apart . (not really Ruff n tumble proof as stated on the label !) I get that this generally happens over time but not within 24hours. I have sent picture's and nearly a week later this has not been resolved . Not happy as the relailer you should take responsibility not sure how sendng them back to the supplier is going to help you determine if the dog ripped them apart or not? See photos and will let you decide . Difference between good and excellent service is how you deal with customers after something goes wrong . Not going to well at the moment! Will be wary of buying dog toys from you in the future.

Very dissatisfied customer, ordered x 2 12kg bags of Lilys kitchen dried dog food. On arrival both open bags. I requested a collection, was asked are they usable ! For £144 for both bags not acceptable. I requested 50% discount was offered £25. Will never order again from this company.

I was really disappointed with the response I received after purchasing the good boy big eyed face Ball and peas in a pod for my dog, instead of helping solve the issue the company told me they 'wouldn't have recommended" the toys for a parsons terrier after I already brought them, I will add my boy has one of the big eyed face balls already which he has had for 6 months or more however it is coming to the end of it life, there was also lack of accountability no offer of a refund or replacement just a vague promise of future suggestions this feels more like a brush off. I reached out after the toys broke almost immediately only to be told that the brands they sell good boy don't guarantee their products so essentially nothing can be done it felt like they were just passing the blame instead of standing behind what they sell, I understand toys can wear out but if products fail so quickly there should a least be a gesture of good will, I was told I should supervise play more carefully. Not impressed with the service or accountability

Prices, goods and delivery were fine. Did NOT agree or request we be put on a mailing list or have our details shared but they IGNORED that and are spamming us and given details it to this review company.

Chose no marketing. But totally disregarded this. Inundated with marketing emails. 4 in a week. Blocked them but still got review request email. No respect for customers. Will not use again and do not recommend

I am a regular customer, ex customer. Can't believe you refunded £1.30 for not delivering on time. Why offer express delivery, when you can't see it through. It would have been polite to refund all the delivery charge!!!! Hope it was worth it. Bye

Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer, I ordered a William Morris Dog bed, which they took the payment for & then it took 6weeks for the actual item to be delivered to me, constantly chasing for an update on the item being back in stock & when I asked about what they were prepared to offer as a goodwill gesture for the huge inconvenience, they suggested dog treats on my NEXT order!! I would not recommend this retailer at all.

Very poor communication when orders are delayed. If not all your order is not in stock they will not let you know. You have to contact them. They quite frankly don’t care once you have paid
