“Still waiting for my order placed on the 6th December, courier said they couldn’t deliver to me , sent numerous emails to yourselves , no phone number to communicate and no up date of delivery.”

“Very unhappy with my latest order. Half of the products i ordered has nearly gone by the use by date. I contacted the company but never getting a reply. Not good enough.”

“Ordered over £90 worth of dog food, to be told after a week of waiting and chasing, they only had 1 box of the 4 items and waiting for more to arrive. Asked how long the wait would be, to be told their supplier doesn't stock it anymore. After accepting the 1 item as I was desperate, i had to pay postage which wasn't mentioned. Also took another week for a refund! Checked website a few days later, and by magic, they're advertising the same stuff for a lot dearer price. Won't be using them again!”

“Very disappointed. Goods arrived alright, however box very battered and goods actually damaged. One Kong Toy actually split and stuffing coming out. I emailed and returned the goods and to date heard nothing but expect full refund.”

“Sadly I cannot give you more than 1 star,if there was a zero I would have given you that . The ankle boots arrived without the inner liners, I informed you and then you asked me to send 2 PHOTO'S. which you say you received. . That was last Friday after repeatedly trying to phone you without success. No one picked up and there was no messaging service which for a company is hard to understand I again mailed you and said that if I have not received the liners by Tuesday 24th I would put the matter with Barclaycard to resolve the matter. It's now Wednesday 25th and today you are asking me to leave my review! I have today received the paperwork from Barclaycard You seem to have had good reviews so what's happened. “LamiAert supplement arrived with the security tab broken - not damaged by courier. Nearly £60 to buy on its own. Pictures provided - had to return first (collection arranged by seller for a Saturday, so day off wasted waiting in). Had to print label myself and no printer. Then a delay on an update - had to chase. Replacement sent but not received yet. I couldn't change my plans to take the delivery so now have to wait until week and it's a Bank Holiday. Won't use company again. No number to ring them and can't pay via PayPal.”

“ONE PARCEL OF 3 LARGE CHICKEN BUCKETS WERE RRTURNERED BY THE rOYAL mAIL because they said i wasn't in when I was they resent the buckets (so say) and said they'd senf them fast tracked. the time has passed and I still haven'y received them. Is this a bogus compay would anyone know???? Thar could be £85 down the shoot¬¬ No a haoppy bunny More importanyly I nwwb the new cucckets”

“The prices are good, but the communication is appalling. I'd ordered on a Thursday. I messaged to say how desperate I was for the food and it was explained in a message that they don't ship on a Friday as it needs to be next day as frozen. It would be Monday. They asked me if I still wanted to carry on with the order, to which I replied, I did. I had to buy in to keep me going until Tuesday. My fault for not ordering in time. The order wasn't shipped on the Monday at all. No response to any messages so had no idea if I was still receiving an order.. I still have not received any response but have received a shipment message. Sent on the Tuesday. I only have a small freezer, so as I went out to buy elsewhere, now will struggle for room. Prices are good but when an issue, absolutely no way to get in touch as they only respond if they feel like it!”

“Been tyrying to Contact Ormskirk Pets regarding a lost order, 2 emails sent heard nothing back. went online, customer review metions Facebook site cannot locate page. Looking for a telephone number to ring as they say contact us if you have a problem, no phone number available. I have used Ormskirk Pets before and service was Brilliant, but this time when I need help locating my lost order, no one seems to care. Might be time to look elsewhere to obtain my dogs treats Very very Angry”
