“Okay but not brilliant ! packages arrived in 5 work days . Packaging would be much easier in mesh sack. the cardboard box for a 20kg package is not ideal .”

“I have a subscription with you and I must say although I can’t delay the orders it would be helpful to be able to set an actual date for delivery and I’ve just had a delivery and within a week I received an email saying my next delivery was due. Surely this must be something that can be addressed.”
