“Not a criticism but if you do not have certain items in stock maybe you should update your online system to reflect this. However I received my parcel and my dog loves the treats would definitely order again and recommend your company to family and friends”

“My dogs treats are delivered quite promptly and they always have great sales for the things they love. Sometimes I have to wait five days and sometimes I do not receive the right ones but Indo still highly recommend them.”

“Sometimes tricky to find the item(s) on the website - there seems no logical order to many of the products. For example, why not put all the different sizes of the same dried dog food next to eachother? i.e. 2.5kg, then 7 kg, then 12 kg. Delivery is an issue sometimes. Keep the customer fully informed as to where he/she stands in respect of the 3 to 5 working days. Where is the item, has it been dispatched, is it with the delivery agent? The couriers vary massively in standard and efficiency.”
