Some of the honey bars were broken so had to be thrown away. Not happy about this. Also it said I would get a gift with my purchase. Nothing arrived.

good products for the low prices postage was your standard 3-5 business days - ordered on a thursday but took almost a week - long time compared to normal postage with anything else bought online and for this reason i will probably shop elsewhere

Unfortunately the customer service department seems to be non existent - I have happily waited for a response, but I am now irritated because they couldn’t help with my received order that needed attention - disappointing because I was so sure to recommend this company to my friends …

Honestly thought I’d been scammed! I ordered on the 12/09 with 3-5 day postage payed for, end of September & still no delivery email.. Arrived the day after I questioned where the order was but still no response to my email. Lovely items but lacking speed & customer support.

Product was perfect and well packaged but next day delivery took 6 days so had to ask for a refund and was only refunded the extra despite the item arriving too late.

I’ve been a customer for some time now, and never had any reason to contact you In the past few weeks I’ve had 3 deliveries and all have been damaged I’ve contacted your customer support and as a result I was resupplied with the missing items On the last damage my account was credited I’ve replied to all emails from customer support and all I’ve received is the standard reply It’s got to start with packing and transporting the package I’m a good customer and supported you I’m now thinking off leaving and looking for a new solution to this problem

I regularly order treats for my dogs from Ormskirk Pets because the prices are often better than elsewhere, and delivery is always quick. The product range is great and generally reliable. However, customer service is disappointing – emails often go unanswered or get a delayed response. One of my subscription items became unavailable, and I never received a proper reply about it. Great for prices and fast shipping, but not ideal if you need responsive support.

I really did not want to leave a negative review, especially as I know that one experience does not represent the overall performance of a business. Having said that, I was really disappointed when I received the 'frozen' chicken necks. They arrived days after they were dispatched and the delivery company clearly had not kept them refrigerated. They arrived not just thawed, but warm. The polystyrene boxes had broken, and the blood had come out of the burst bags, through the cracked polystyrene, and soaked the cardboard box. It actually was smelling of gone off meat. There was no way I was going to feed these to my dog and had to bin the whole lot. It was was very disappointing and a waste of money also. I would like to ask, what day the necks were actually dispatched and what arrangements you have in place with the courier company to ensure that the frozen meat arrives safely.

I read up on the reviews before I placed an order and it definitely was mixed bag of good and bad with this company... I thought I'd give it a try as they do some nice dog toys that I liked... My Personal experience wasn't the best, I had to chase them up to find why my order was as I had paid for express delivery and other things but I got most of my order as some items were out of stock, Although it didn't say that on the website when ordered... I think if they were to let people know if item/items are out of stock and things like that, It would be a lot better... Would I order again from here??? Yes just to see if it's a different Experience ( Better one ) plus I do like the dog toys they sell...

Sadly i can't review something i STILL have NOT received, not Ormskirk fault ( well maybe for picking Evri as a delivery company) was told it was being delivered then told there was a problem now can't get any updates at all as to where my £59 order has gone to. I use Ormskirk at least every month to 6 weeks for my supplier and have never had any problems before, holiday not an excuse as my package went missing the week before, can only think it has been stolen at delivery company depot as they have NOT sent a update in well over a week of being over due, wish Ormskirk would supply a custom service number so could ask where my items are, normally I am very pleased with how quick my order arrives but sadly not this time, ive been using them for the past 8yrs not sure if i will again,

The two items purchased are very good and good value, however I personally would advise thinking about changing your delivery server as it took ten days to arrive and was just chucked on my doorstep. I'd been in all that day and didn't discover it on the floor outside my door until late afternoon, there had been no knock at the door or ring bell. I also had not been informed by Evri that it was out for delivery. As yourselves will be aware the package was easily small enough to have been posted through a letterbox. I have had similar experiences with this delivery company. Hence my star giving being low. On reflection I assumed that you were unaware of their very poor service and would advise yourselves to probably use the post office. Had a few issues through lack of communication and the order being delayed through stock levels. I've emailed chasing the order with prompt response and the deliveries being split and sent immediately however over 2 weeks on and still waiting for the final part to arrive. I'm sure if you are in no hurry this works but when you are ordering and paying for delivery due to food at home running low this is frustrating and problematic.
