“Good value for money, awaiting delivery was a bit long and please stop spammimg me with your emails!”

“I use this company because their prices on cat food are very good. However delivery is very slow. On my last order I opted for Express Delivery at an extra cost, quoted 1 - 2 days. It took over a week and, once again, some of the outer packets of the cat food were ripped to shreds.”

“While everything in my order arrived okay, I was disappointed in the speed of delivery. It took 3 working days just to dispatch my order and a full week to be delivered from ordering. If it was free delivery I wouldn't have minded so much, but postage was paid for. I wanted to support a smaller business, but had also expected a bit more focus on customer experience in return, with speedier dispatch at least.”

“Not happy with the latest delivery, poor packaging left a lot of the lily's kitchen trays knocked about and crushed. Will have to reconsider where I buy if this happens again. Surely these items should be packed in a box not the display packaging which is quite flimsy K. Huntington”

“My items were dispatched really promptly, however they were sent to the wrong address! Fortunately despite it being half a mile away the other householder knew us so we were able to retrieve them.”
