“Pretty good service but often when I want more than 1 item the others aren't in stock so I have to pay for separate postage when other items come back into stock on this occasion I wanted 3 large packs of pigs in blankets to add to my order”

“I got the cat food that I can no longer get via Tesco's or Sainsbury's but had to wait quite a long time for it to arrive. Says delivery 3-5 working days but after 8 days I hadn't even had notification that it had been dispatched so I emailed them to ask where my order was. They took 2 days to reply but I think my order had been forgotten because the reply was just a email saying it had been dispatched. Other than that I got what I wanted plus cat biscuits that I thought had stopped being made. Will use them again if I can still get the cat food I want as the price also was good.”

“First order from Ormskirk and sadly parcel force let them down on delivery. Despite this the customer service was very good and issue resolved and I will try ordering again in the future.”

“My dog is very fussy, due to being spoiled rotten, however, Ormskirk seem to have the treats he likes and will actually eat without turning his nose up.”

“My item was out of stock but the website hadn't updated so it didn't arrive as expected. Customer service was good when trying to rectify the problem and were apologetic. They also refunded the excess delivery charge. Just bare in mind that you are not ordering from a A**zon, but supporting a family business instead.”

“Very few petshops stock the excellent Cuckit Ultra balls, so I was delighted to find them at Ormskirk (and could avoid Amazon). The only thing I would say is that the delivery was slower than expected.”
