“I find it very convenient as the price of food I buy for my animals is better than anywhere else. Delivery takes up to three working days, so is pretty quick. They even add some stuff for free sometimes. What I would like to see is no delivery fee over certain amount spent and/or ability to get some cashback after purchase. Overall it is great please to buy products for your animals.”

“Used Ormskirk Pets many times now and although prices are generally the best you will find, they are really slow at dispatching your order or notifying you it’s ready for collection. Most orders I make, I then end up having to chase up its whereabouts. Very friendly and responsive but that extra bit of customer service is just not there. I paid once for expedited shipping within 48 hours and chased them up 5 days later to see where it was. I went to pick our last order up at the new site on Cherry Lane and ended up ringing the bell 3/4 times before someone come out to assist. Others may have left thinking they were closed as there was no telephone number on the website that I could call only an enquiry form.”

“Quick response to any queries. However disappointed that I had to initiate the conversation when my order hadn't been despatched. That aside I was offered next day delivery upgrade free of charge. Wouldn't stop me using it recommending them.”

“Great service. Have used them a few times as found they are the only people that supply the cat food my cat loves. Felix Countryside collection which seems to be discontinued everywhere else. Price is slightly higher though.”

“Good price point. The item I purchased was cheaper with Ormskirk than Pets At Home! It was a shame my parcel was delivered to the wrong address by Evri. As a rule I do not shop with businesses that use Evri as they are terrible in this area.”
