“This is a wonderful family business where they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist. I recently placed an order for cat food as I was running low, and the company made every effort to ensure it was delivered to me the very next day. “Great selection of beds for small dogs. I was looking for a Morris & Co patterned soft bed for my pug who was celebrating her 8th birthday. There was a nice selection and I ordered one at a very reasonable price. Considering I ordered it just after Christmas it arrived in very good time and it was well packaged to protect from damage. The bed itself is such great quality, beautiful fabric, nicely cushioned sides with removable base cushion, velvet on one side. The bed is just the right size for a pug but not dogs bigger than that. My pug loves it! Will always try and support small business when I can and this experience was superb.”

“What a wonderful family form Ormskirk Pets is. I can't praise them highly enough for their dedicated and reliable customer service. I order regularly and Ormskirk Pets have always provided a fantastic service. I've never been disappointed and if on the rare occasion there have been supplier delays, they keep me up to date and do all they can to help out. They really do go above and beyond! They have a great range of products, fantastic prices that have never been beaten and great trackable p&p too. It's my favourite place to buy all pet supplies and made all the better because it is a family firm with such a great customer service ethos. Highly recommended. “Ordered some dog toys for Xmas but unfortunately one was out of stock and they were awaiting a delivery which was due on the Friday just before Christmas. They contacted me with this information and promised that they would send all the toys out as soon as the missing one arrived ,I wasn't hopeful but agreed to wait and to my surprise they all arrived via courier in time for Christmas. Thank you, great customer service”
