At first I was kinda skeptical, ’cause facebook is full of this stuff, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I grabbed the free trial, then upgraded to the paid plan. Not gonna lie, the first two weeks were meh, nothing really changed maybe that’s just how my body works. But starting from week three… boom, the weight finally started dropping. Everything’s been going great since then! In two months I managed to lose 6 kg, which is honestly pretty solid. I just follow the meal plan they give you can tweak it however you want, swap out foods you’re allergic to or just don’t vibe with. Overall, I’m super happy with it. I’m using the plan for one more month and then I think I’ll pause, ‘cause I basically just needed to lose some extra weight before Christmas 🤭 Hope my little review helps someone out!”

Having a comprehensive place to view all of my test results and see how they each work in conjunction with each other gives insight that physicians often don’t. I think people are not as involved and active in their own care for fear that they won’t understand - but ornament gives you the opportunity to grasp that understanding without the doomsday diagnoses of things like google/webmd. My hope is to be able to afford the plus version and be able to enjoy those additional benefits as they will greatly help me - but the free version honestly is well worth it just the same!”

Ended up in the hospital and literally forgot about the trial until it renewed on July 3. I immediately contacted them to explain my situation, including the fact that I lost my job due to my mental health and have eviction court this Friday 7/11. I pleaded to reverse charges because their 69.99 renewal overdrew my account nearly $65. They wouldn’t, even though I had never even accessed their service. I realize it was my responsibility to cancel the subscription, but I literally forgot due to my health.
Bottom line, this company really doesn’t give a hoot about real people. They just want your money no matter what l.
Knowing this kind of business character, if I did have finances, even if it were the best app out there for this niche, I wouldn’t support this company. Life happens, and if you as a company can’t be flexible and take into consideration the hardship of another, even under these circumstances, I would seek services elsewhere.”
