They charged me again even after I made it clear I didn’t want to continue. Despite contacting them right after the second charge, they refused to issue a refund, claiming it was non-refundable.
Their ads promise easy refunds "anytime," but that’s not what happens in practice. The support process feels dismissive and the policy misleading. I wouldn’t recommend subscribing unless you're absolutely sure you’ll use it — and even then, be cautious.”
“I purchased the trial for this app in early April, in the midst of a mental breakdown, in an attempt to better my life. Ended up in the hospital and literally forgot about the trial until it renewed on July 3. I immediately contacted them to explain my situation, including the fact that I lost my job due to my mental health and have eviction court this Friday 7/11. I pleaded to reverse charges because their 69.99 renewal overdrew my account nearly $65. They wouldn’t, even though I had never even accessed their service. I realize it was my responsibility to cancel the subscription, but I literally forgot due to my health.
Bottom line, this company really doesn’t give a hoot about real people. They just want your money no matter what l.
Knowing this kind of business character, if I did have finances, even if it were the best app out there for this niche, I wouldn’t support this company. Life happens, and if you as a company can’t be flexible and take into consideration the hardship of another, even under these circumstances, I would seek services elsewhere.”

Their customer support is completely unhelpful—they hide behind a ridiculous policy just to avoid issuing refunds, even to vulnerable users. Avoid this app. Use a different diet app and save your money.”
“This company does not give accurate info about their program until you have signed up, and spent your money. It’s a fraudulent program and their customer service does not help you understand the program. Be very careful before you sign up for this program, so not worth the cost.”
