“I was a little upset by the poor quality of the printing of the images they are so faint that I can hardly read them. I think the images must be in colour in the original user manaul and have not copied very well.”
“Purchased a manual for a Kindle Fire tablet. Just a few pages and the print was so small it was difficult to read. I was surprised the cost was the same as the cost for a smart phone manual with many more pages.
I was able to print the same manual with a larger print using my own printer with simple adjustments to the page set up. OTC should be able to make simple changes to supply easily readable manuals.”
“I ordered a camera manual with ring binding 2.5 weeks ago. The payment was taken out of my bank the same day, but I haven't got my manual. What is annoying me most about this situation is that I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out if this is a normal timescale to send to Spain. No phone number on the website. I did find one on an older website for Old Timer cameras, but it doesn't exist anymore. The address is a PO Box, so cannot trace the phone number from there and the "email" is just a form to complete on their website. Have written twice but no answer. I would not recommend this company who say they have been trading for a long time. Maybe they were better with quill and pen and carrier pigeons.”
