“This was my second purchase at your shop, however unlike the first time the communication and shipping was very slow this time. I had hard time to get responses from you. Also I was unhappy with additional shipping costs that you charged after I had already paid my order. I already bought from you before but I was not charged extra for shipping, this time you asked for additional shipping fee. Apologies but this time my experience was not so pleasant.”

“Sent me the wrong item. Now they want me to buy new packaging. Go to a post office print off a label and send it back. The reason you buy stuff online is so you can save time and not need to go anywhere.”
