“I've literally spent thousands of dollars at Otto's and why for one they don't show you a product and then send you something else like last year's model. I get exactly what I order and I get it on time within a day or two and that their shows me Thier professionalism in their business and the duty of care they show to their buyers . PS give ya employees a pat on the back”
