“Gentleman that picked up the phone went out of his way to call Daiwa and get me my Christmas pressie to self - Daiwa Sensor Surf. No place had them in stock or went the mile so I'm glad I called in. Very happy and highly recommended.”

“Very professional staff, accurate description of goods, great communication and best tracking service I've ever had. One suggestion though, please don't use DHL for shipping goods, they have abusive practices in handling customs taxes. I have had several bad experiences with them even in the past. If you can, please use another company, like FedEx or UPS. Otherwise keep up the good work. Thanks!”
