“Unfortunately, due to an error in their systems, they did not have my item in stock. As I was purchasing sunglasses, I needed to ensure that fit was right before purchasing. As an apology for them not having the product, I was offered to have the sunglasses delivered to me, free-of-charge. This was received in a timely manner.”
