“Haven't received my goods yet. Still yet to review. Due to recent Easter long weekend. Australia post a bit slow and also my location would take even longer. 3 stars for now. Customer service was really good.”

“The Daiwa Commander series are without a doubt - a fine collection of Fishing Rods... And, while the service & price from Otto's was excellent - Australia Post near wrecked my expensive Rod. For I have never seen a flimsy cardboard box crumpled so badly by some lout who obviously enjoyed putting his Foot into its length. Yet, the rod itself seemed unmarred. Perhaps, it was the quality materials & the 2 piece design that saved it... Still, when you buy a Rod from a retailer - you'd think they would have used a PVC tube or heavy-duty cardboard container to prevent some Loser from deliberately smashing your apparent Pride & Joy!”

“My order was out of stock despite the website indicating differently. I was offered an alternative product but I said I would wait. Whilst they couldn't provide a timeframe given the disruptions to supply chains, the staff were always on hand to answer questions.”

“Overall I am very dissapointed with my purchase. I wanted the 2 pairs of Schimano shoes that I ordered, but only found out after I committed that there were 2 colours available. I contacted the seller through the ling straight after the purchase and requested one pair be swapped out for the orange pair but was ignored I am not impressed Peter Smith”
