“Still haven’t got my rods which it’s been nearly 2 weeks which yous said no relay 3/5 working says”

“Thank you for the speed of delivery, it is easy to order on your site, you have a very good range of equipment. Small flat when your inventory offer does not match the products that are available, I had to choose a replacement product. So I didn't get all of the products I wanted. I'll give you our 6 ½ out of 10”

“Well I'm supposed to be receiving my order today.. I don't know if i will for sure as the 'up to date' tracking information hasn't been updated since the day the order was made, 8 days ago! Not a problem of Otto's doing obviously but very frustrating. I mean whats the map for? Is there any point? I've given 3 stars but i cant judge fairly as yet”

“Disappointed result, purchased an item listed on ebay with this seller, only too be told item was not available, even though it was listed, was fully refunded, & communication was good, would I shop there again, probably not. Nothing more to say.”

“Service and delivery was excellent, not so much for the product. I purchased 5 blackfish floats only 3 were usable 2 needed repair.”

“Overall happy with how quick order was received although wrong weight jigheads sent. Received 1/6 instead of 1/16, too heavy for bream so probably won't use it.”

“Great range of quality products, but I was continually told different stories by a number of different staff members regarding the arrival of my order. I understand there was per order products on my order but I was continually told different stories on why after products had arrived in store my order had not been filled. Has made me think twice about ordering through ottos again which is a shame because products and pricing are normally very good.”

“Fast postage, but when I was informed that the rod I purchased wasn’t in stock apparently. Was given a choice of another size rod or money back , I elected for different size. But according to ottos website and eBay add , the original size is still showing it is available. you would think that if stores have been closed due to Covid , every store would be on top of there stock levels.”

“I guess this review might not be 100% a reflection of ottos... I ordered a penn slammer 560 for a good price in my eyes on May 16th and ottos got it out quick and shipping seemed great until the 18th where it seemed to just stop and nothing has been updated since and it’s now the 27th and the package had a delivery date of the 22nd. If I had to say anything I guess it would be don’t order international until this covid is over or if you don’t need what you ordered by a certain date. I have a fishing trip planned for next week and guess I won’t have this for that trip and I thought I ordered with plenty of time allowed.”

“The Shimano Evair shoes that I purchased were stated on your online website as American size 8 which is a size 7 in Australia. Unfortunately you supplied a size 8 Aust .I have purchased size 7 in these shoes before.”

“I received an email offering a discount of 5% have made two different purchases and on both occasions the code was rejected. Not a large amount of money involved but on principle I doubt I will shop again. Didn't really want the 80mm wriggles but was told the 120mm were unavailable . A few days later I was able to purchase the 120mm size. Disappointed!!”
