“Ordered a mask an snorkel was called emailed the next day saying they weren’t in stock would I like a different mask I said not really when will they be back in stock . Didn’t hear anything for a week so I called an was told they could give me different mask an snorkel with fins , so I agreed they got sent out an it was a kids pack , I’m 31 everything is for a child , I emailed back saying I was sent kids package and havnt heard anything since this was 2 weeks ago”

“Purchased a Shimano Revolution Trolling rod from Ottos's TW. On arrival, relised I needed the lighter version. No problem for Ottos' TW who dispatched the lighter rod with the purchase price of the first rod credited to my account. Be dealing with Otto's TW for a while and never a drama!”

“My order was out of stock despite the website indicating differently. I was offered an alternative product but I said I would wait. Whilst they couldn't provide a timeframe given the disruptions to supply chains, the staff were always on hand to answer questions.”

“Disappointing to receive email days after the order to tell me no stock on hand and that shipping will be delayed. Asked if Lures would be included for the inconvenience which was agreed to but nothing was in the package. Likely to give Otto’s tackleworld a miss for future purchases.”
